Gwen Stefani and her boyfriend Blake Shelton are "happy anywhere," as long as they have each other – and they have a hit song to prove it.

The powerhouse couple made an appearance on the Today show last week, where they gave a debut live performance of their new hit track.

Stefani and Shelton, both judges on the show The Voice, have been dating since 2015 and have recently started recording music together. They first graced fans with their single, Nobody but You, which peaked at No.1 on the Billboard charts earlier this year.

“I learned a long time ago, if something’s working for you, you just keep going with it, so since Nobody But You did so well for us earlier this year, Gwen and I have another song that we’re releasing together,” Shelton told the Today show before his performance with Stefani.

Shelton and Stefani performed the song via Zoom from the comfort of their home, both dressed casually in blue jeans. Following their performance, the couple high-fived one another, before Carson Daly jokingly asked Shelton what had happened to his hair.

"So, for whatever reason, ... we decided I need to grow my mullet back. And now, seeing that playback there, it's terrible!" Shelton humorously replied.

According to Fox News, Shelton and Stefani were inspired by the ongoing pandemic and the "shelter in place" orders to release a second duet together.

"Even though Gwen and I just had a single out we decided that, under the circumstances, this year … man, there’s never been a better time for 'Happy Anywhere,'" Shelton said.

"We’ve all been in quarantine and lockdown, and hopefully we’ve been doing that with somebody that we really love and enjoy being around. That’s what happened with Gwen and me this summer – and this entire year."
