Bindi Irwin Takes 2-Year-Old Daughter Grace On A Walk In The Snow In Cute Photo

Bindi Irwin is the daughter of the late Steve Irwin and Terri Raines. Steve Irwin was a famous conservationist who loved the wild. He gained prominence for his television series "The Crocodile Hunter," which ran from 1996 to 2007. Steve co-hosted this series with Terri and spearheaded other series like "Croc Files" and the documentary "New Breed Vets." He was also popular for his catchphrase "Crikey." 

Steve also managed the Australia Zoo, which his parents founded. He died when he was 44 in 2006 from an injury resulting from a stingray piercing his chest while filming a documentary for "Ocean's Deadliest." 

Steve's daughter, Bindi, took after his love for the wild. She was named after Steve's favorite female crocodile in the zoo. Bindi was just 8 when Steve died, and now, she, together with her mom and brother, takes care of the zoo's animals and raises conservation awareness. She also appeared on the show "Crikey! It's the Irwins" for all of its four seasons. 

Meanwhile, besides loving the wild, the conservationist is also an actress, fitness buff, dancer and singer. The television personality has also managed to build a large following on social media, where she updates fans about her life and job. 

On June 30, 2023, Bindi posted a photo on Instagram of herself and her 2-year-old daughter, Grace, walking through a snowy pathway. The photo captivated her fans, who liked and commented on it. Bindi tied the knot with her sweetheart of five years, Chandler Powell, in 2020. The couple met at the Australia Zoo in 2013 and started dating two years later. They announced their engagement in 2019 and got married a year later. 

Although Bindi and her husband got married during the pandemic, it didn't stop them from having the wedding of their dreams. As the twosome are both an animal-loving pair, they wed in the zoo with a koala in attendance. 

Powell and Bindi announced Bindi's pregnancy in August 2020 and welcomed their first child on their first wedding anniversary on March 25, 2021. The baby was 70 pounds and 7 ounces. They named her Grace Warrior Irwin Powell. Bindi named her Warrior after her dad, Steve, in recognition of his fighting spirit. 

They shared the news a day after the delivery on Bindi's Instagram with the caption: 

"Celebrating the two loves of my life. Happy first wedding anniversary to my sweetheart husband and day of birth to our beautiful daughter."

"Her middle names, Warrior Irwin, are a tribute to my dad and his legacy as the most incredible Wildlife Warrior," Bindi explained. "Her last name is Powell and she already has such a kind soul just like her dad. There are no words to describe the infinite amount of love in our hearts for our sweet baby girl. She chose the perfect day to be born and we feel tremendously blessed."

Bindi fell in love with the wild as a little girl and hoped that her daughter would do the same. Thankfully for her, Grace seems to have taken after her love for animals as well.

On June 30, 2023, Bindi shared a beautiful picture of herself and her 2-year-old daughter enjoying a walk through a snowy pathway on Instagram. Grace wore a bright and colorful cardigan, while Bindi wore a black cardigan paired with blue jeans. She captioned it: 

"Snowflakes in our hair, love in her hearts."

Bindi crouched as she looked into her daughter's face while Grace smiled at the camera. She also held a tiny yellow giraffe toy in one hand. The photo warmed the hearts of Bindi's followers, who flocked to the comment section to remark on the cute people in it. 

"It's like you two were colored into a black & white photo. So cute," a follower commented, while another fan wrote, "Holy moly she is adorable 😍."

Another fan opined, "Your daughter is going to be growing up just like you @bindisueirwin😊❤️❤️," while another follower asserted: "She looks like you but she's looking more and more like her daddy! Perfect combination of you both."

Other fans thought it was incredible that it snowed in Australia while it was hot in other places. 

"I forgot that it was winter over there since it is so hot where I am, so I was so confused for a split second. I also didn't know it could snow in Australia. That's pretty cool," a user noted, while another lamented, "meanwhile nc can't decide which season it's in."

Powell and Bindi like to share photos and videos of their daughter with fans on social media. When Grace was 4 weeks old, the family took a photo with their dog in tow and captioned it, "Family photo ❤." The couple’s fans will surely be hoping for more beautiful photos of them and their adorable daughter.
