At 63, Woman Refuses To Let Age ‘Define’ Her As She Flaunts Fit Body In Bikinis & Fashionable Outfits

They say age is just a number as there are a lot of people who are in the age group of 60s and up who continue to express themselves through creativity, clothing, and even daring choices in life, despite what the public thinks about them.

This is exactly what an older woman wanted to prove on social media as she continues to post photos and videos of herself rocking different bikini clothing and outfits.

A woman named Renee Gould, popularly known by her username @longevityseeker, is 63 years old as of 2023, but she started her journey of inspiring other people not to be ashamed of their age years prior.

According to her bio on her Instagram account, she follows a plant-based diet and believes that food is the perfect medicine. Aside from flaunting her fit body with abs, she also shares “longevity tips” with her followers.

Some of her content ranges from throwback videos and her time at the beach to food and drink recipes. 

In a video posted in August 2023, Gould told her followers, “don’t let age define you !!”

In the clip, the online content creator wore a white tank top, a body-hugging brown pencil skirt, and a pair of heels.

There was also a video posted in October 2022 where she revealed that she still wears bikinis at her age despite amassing negative reactions from some online users on the internet.

“I still wear bikini in spite of negative comments. Age should not restrict what you can or can not do,” she wrote in the caption.

Even though Gould received negative comments in the past, there were still a lot of other users who were impressed by her body despite her age, and they let her know to never mind the haters.

“You should always be proud to show off who you are at any age. We only get 1 shot at this life make it count! 🌹❤️,” one commented.

“You are absolutely stunning don’t let anyone tell you anything different 🥰🥰,” another one wrote.

“Gorgeous. Only someone jealous would have something negative to say,” one commented.

“Age is just a number. Work hard and anything is possible, you have proved this, fabulous,” one expressed.

On another video, someone wrote, "Sorry but there no way you're that age you look amazing and elegant."

There was also one compilation video where Gould shared different screenshots of news articles about her. In the caption, she wrote, “⚜️AGE does NOT Define You ⚜️AGE should NOT Limit You ⚜️AGE should NOT Stop You from doing what you Love.” She added that women don't have an “expiration date” as they could be “strong, sexy, beautiful, resilient at any age.”

In a post shared in 2021, Gould revealed that having a healthy body wasn’t always her lifestyle as she encountered health issues in the past. The woman then shared a tip with her followers about having a good mindset.

“If you can Imagine you can Become it !!!” she wrote, then added, “I knew that if I can imagine myself Healthy, Vibrant and Young I can become it and I did 🙏Our bodies Healing Power is astonishing if proper fuel is provided and the right state of mind is present.Don’t you agree?”
