She later enrolled at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in Manhattan. After high school, Aniston worked part-time jobs like waitressing and telemarketing to support herself while she performed in off-Broadway productions. She later moved to Los Angeles, California, where she soon hit fame.
Before too long, Aniston landed her most famous role on the hit television series "Friends," which aired from 1994 to 2004. Making her own happiness, Aniston has kept her health at the forefront of her life. In August 2022, the actress's hair stylist, Chris McMillan, shared beautiful pictures of Aniston in a white bikini that showed how amazing the actress looks for her age. Posting the black and white pictures to his Instagram, McMillan’s photos received well over 22,000 impressions – and it’s not hard to see why.
In the two photos, Aniston was beautiful, playful and silly as she showed off her amazing figure. The star actress flashed a gorgeous smile as she played around in her hair stylist's seat. The internet was quick to notice how amazing Aniston looked.
As stunning as Aniston is, the star works hard for her beautiful appearance. In an interview with People, Aniston shared that she doesn't limit her carbohydrate intake as much as she used to. "I started to give myself a break, allowing yourself to have pasta, a sandwich. Everyone's very afraid of the bread basket, and I'm no longer afraid. As long as it's all done in moderation," she explained.
"There's something my body appreciates about (having carbs), like, 'Oh, thank you! Why are you depriving me of things I love?'" Aniston continued.
The actress also explained that she doesn't typically like eating breakfast. "I kind of naturally do intermittent fasting, just because I'm not a breakfast person," she says. "I just like a cup of coffee and my collagen."
Aniston added that she was inspired to start using the supplement as she was getting older. "I was hitting a stage in my life where I wanted to up the health game," she explained.
With this strict diet and health regimen, it is no wonder that Aniston’s body and physique looked very toned as she got many of her followers fawning.

Meanwhile, Aniston revealed the one comment older women tend to get that she absolutely abhorred, which was “You look great for your age.”
“It drives me bananas, I can’t stand it,” the star said of the backhanded compliment. “That’s a habit of society that we have these markers like, ‘Well, you’re at that stage, so for your age… I don’t even understand what it means.”
Aniston explained that such praise didn’t make sense to her as, personally, she feels better now in her 50s than she ever did when she was younger.
“I’m in better shape than I was in my 20s. I feel better in mind, body, and spirit. It’s all 100 per cent better,” she remarked.
Part of the reason for that is her discovery of Pvolve, an exercise program that pairs functional movement with resistance-based equipment. In an Instagram video that she shared on June 7, 2023, Aniston flaunted her stunning body and toned physique in partnership with the brand.
Speaking to People Magazine about the collaboration, Aniston said that if she had known about the exercise program two decades ago when she was “breaking” her body, then she “would’ve saved so much pain.”
“I just want more people to know about it because I think it's so good. Especially as we get into our lovely older periods, we have to keep it exciting. And we have to be kinder to our bodies,” she added.
In an interview with InStyle, Aniston continued to gush about Pvolve and said it completely shifted her views on exercise.
“When you’re in a mindset of, ‘I need to do 45 minutes of cardio or I won’t get a good workout,’ it’s daunting… I believed it for so long. I just burnt out and broke my body,” the star said.

Speaking on the same subject with Vogue, Aniston told the outlet she had to “retrain her brain” when it came to fitness and that her physical regimen had “absolutely evolved over the years.” She added the Pvolve routines that incorporate ballerina-friendly moves, which target muscles that are “usually asleep,” and require only 10- or 20-minute sets.
“You almost feel like you’re dancing,” she said of the fitness company’s gliders.
Perhaps for this reason, Aniston is able to engage in some form of exercise a whopping five times a week, according to a US Weekly source. The insider said Aniston also keeps to a healthy and balanced diet but isn’t afraid to give herself a break every once in a while.
“Jen’s meals are rich in protein with a healthy amount of carbs and she also indulges in treats and cheat days. If she wants to enjoy a dirty martini or tequila, she’ll splurge. It’s no big deal,” the source said.
It’s all about “being as healthy and happy as she can be,” the insider added.
Alongside a high-protein, low-carb diet, Aniston is also a fan of intermittent fasting. According to Insider, she told Radio Times magazine, “there’s no food in the morning,” and said she “noticed a big difference in going without solid food for 16 hours.”
