In a Nov. 6, 2022 post, the "world's hottest grandma" shared the secret to her ageless beauty as she enjoyed a spa day. Stewart opened up on the importance of relaxation with her fans, as she dipped in for a soak in a hot tub.
The social media sensation shared a sexy picture of herself from a spa day on her social media. The Australian beauty perched on the side of a hot tub in a bright yellow bikini, as she touted the benefits of taking a spa bath regularly.
Stewart revealed that she took some time out and found a spa, which has proved useful in helping her to heal and de-stress. Furthermore, she highlighted some of the benefits of soaking in the spa that people might not be aware of. She penned:
"Hot water promotes relaxation which helps you sleep. This is easy enough to explain. When you put your tense body is a tub of hot water, the heat raises your body temperature and relaxes your muscles. This makes you tired and relaxed which can help you sleep better."
But she was quick to warn her followers:
"However, you should not attempt to fall asleep in a spa bath. That’s a terrible idea."

Another of her eye-opening posts from Feb. 16, 2023, had the young matriarch listing 10 benefits of physical activity. She advised her followers:
“Make physical activity a priority to: Improve your memory and brain function (all age groups).”
Stewart continued that exercise helps "Aid in weight management, lower blood pressure and improve heart health ... reduce feelings of anxiety and depression, combat cancer-related fatigue, improve joint pain and stiffness,” among other benefits.
