"Aquaman" Actor Jason Momoa Shaves Off His Huge Beard For A Good Cause

Jason Momoa is an internet sweetheart with a global fan-base owing to his looks and well-built body.

Momoa won the attention of many after his electrifying performances in Game of Thrones as Khal Drogo among other shows.

Recently, Momoa broke the internet yet again after a show he starred in, Aquaman, gained wide recognition all across theatres. The hunk is a father and husband to Lisa Bonet, but this doesn’t stop women from drooling at his gorgeousness.

His beard gives him a significant number of points in earning him a top spot among women favorites.

After seven years of rearing his beards and making it a part of his identity, Jason Momoa revealed that he had shaved them off.

The famous icon stated that he shaved his beard for a good purpose.

Unknown to many people, Jason Momoa takes the planet seriously. In conjunction with Ball Corporation, Jason Momoa joined efforts to help change the narrative of the everyday use of plastic water bottles.

They launched a new product packed in aluminum cans rather than plastic. The product will be on shelves in the form of spring, sparkling and alkaline water. Pretty much good news for the “Aquaman” star!

Jason Momoa came to the spotlight under Game of Thrones despite tracing his acting roots back in the late ’90s in Baywatch Hawaii. He sprouted yet again after Game of Thrones after securing a lead role in Aquaman, a DC Comics piece that has been received well, accruing over $1 billion at the box office in the USA alone according to Forbes.

We are all used to seeing Jason Momoa with magnificent tattoos, a built chest, great height, eyes as sharp as an eagle and his iconic beard. Everything is still in place apart from the beard. We learned of the developments from his Instagram page where he revealed that he had shaved his beards for the first time since 2012!

While stating his reasons for shaving his beard, fans were worried about his next move. Perhaps the hair? Thankfully, Jason Momoa wouldn’t touch an inch of his hair due to his wife, Lisa.

He joked in an interview a while back quoting that his wife loved his hair so much that if he ever decided to shave it, she would leave. He isn’t ready to lose his diamond.
