Dear mother who feels alone sometimes whether she's among the crowd or in a room by herself: You are not alone. You are loved.

Dear mother who is feeling guilty about the frustration that you let leak into your communication with your kids: You are human, and you are still worthy of love. We all make mistakes, and they're a part of just being human.

Dear mother who's hiding in your car just so that you can get a little taste of personal time: It's okay that you do that. You deserve to have some moments of your own personal time.

Whoever you are and wherever you live, please know that you are special. Please tell yourself that you are important to your child's life. You have a unique beauty that you can instill into your child, and that beauty is just as important as anyone else's input to child-rearing.

You're important, and you're worthy, and you're magnificent. You might not know that, but your kids actually show you that every day. Every time your little baby reaches out for you to hold him, he is telling you that he only longs for your motherly love. Every time your child gazes into your eyes, she's letting you know that you are her idea of perfection. Your babies appreciate everything you do, which is why they reach out for you all the time. Take a moment and recognize how special and important you are. You are more than enough. You are everything that they need.

Reach out to all the strong, empowered moms you know and let them know that they are enough. Everyone needs to hear it sometimes.
