'AGT:' Astounding Indian Dance Crew Wins Golden Buzzer From Dwyane Wade

A dance group from India blew the judges away on “America’s Got Talent” with their unbelievable performance. The group which is called V. Unbeatable competed in honor of one of their members who passed away after he fell during rehearsals. 

V. Unbeatable’s dream was to be on AGT after they had watched the show for the last six years. The group is originally from Mumbai, India however they fell in love with America after coming here. As they took the stage to perform for the judges, the group was wearing shirts that read “VIKAS” all across the front and back. Judge Simon Cowell asked why the group had decided to perform for the talent show.

“We are here to fulfill the dream of one boy whose name is Vikas,” one of the lead members of the group said. “Six years ago we were doing rehearsals and suddenly and the incident happened and he fell down,” the member fought back tears as he continued, “basically he was paralyzed from here,” he moved his hand and pointed at his chest.

The member went on to explain that Vikas passed away a few weeks later which devastated the group, but that one of his dreams was to be on a stage like AGT, so they are competing in honor of him. 

The judges wished them luck as they began to prepare for their dangerous routine. In an incredible synchronization, the group carried out incredible gravity-defying stunts where members were thrown high in the air from each side of the stage. Towards the end of their performance, the group went behind the judges' panel to throw a member to the stage in a grand finale. 

After they were finished the judges were in disbelief. Judge Julieanne Hough said, “Some people are just dance crews and some people are just acrobats, you have the combination of both, you should be very very proud.” Former NBA star Dwayne Wade who was apart of the judges' panel as a special guest said,

“I know the practice time it takes, I know the sacrifice it takes, I have this saying that whenever I hit a big shot, whenever I hit a game-winner, whenever it was one of those moments I jumped up on the stand and said, ‘This is my house,’ and today on this stage this is yall’s house.”

Dwayne then reached up and slammed the golden buzzer. The golden buzzer sends the group straight to the finals of America’s Got Talent. It’s an understatement to say the group was overwhelmed with emotion and happiness.
