91-Year-Old Woman Shows Off Her Youthful Vigor & Legs While Dancing In Heels

When you reach the age of 90, what do you think your hobbies will be by that time? Most people would likely say they want to relax and play with their grandchildren as they enjoy retirement, while others might want to savor and spend time with family and friends. 

However, this 91-year-old lady in today’s story spends her 90s being carefree, unapologetic, and stylish as she still effortlessly walks in high heels!

Although Betsy Lou is only a few years away from turning a century old, she wanted to keep people entertained on social media.

Lou often shares videos on TikTok, filming herself after taking song requests from viewers and then playing them on her piano.

However, out of all her fun videos, one clip posted in February 2023 stood out. In it, she busted out her moves to the song “Pretty Girls Walk” by Big Boss Vette – all while wearing high heels!

In the clip, Lou was wearing a short silver dress and a pair of silver strappy heels as she strutted out her door without any hassle, as if she was a fashion model! She completed the stunning look by holding a matching silver purse.

Aside from her talent in fashion styling and piano, she also loves to showcase her dancing skills to her thousands of followers. Another entertaining clip showed her dancing to the song “Man! I Feel Like A Woman!” by Shania Twain while wearing a short denim skirt, a pair of white boots, a cowboy hat, and a printed top.

In another video shared in December 2023, Lou wished her fans a “Merry Christmas” by wearing a black jacket printed with holiday gifts, a festive skirt decorated with red, green, and gold detailing, a pair of yellow tights, and gold heels.

She jived to the song “All I Want For Christmas Is You” by Mariah Carey.

With her fun videos, Lou has garnered many social media supporters, with many viewers commenting on her videos to praise her for her style.

“You are rocking it woman at 91! Whoopie keep up the dancing girl it’s keeping you young,” one wrote. 

“Grandma is a queen walking in those heels! You go girl! ❤️” another one wrote.

When asked by someone if she was a dancer back in the day, Lou confirmed it by simply replying, “Yes. 😊”

Some were curious about her regimen at her age, as one wrote, “what’s ur secret of looking so good for 90 year’s.....so much respect to u en more love🥰🥰🥰”

“i can’t wear high heels and how i miss them, kindly what’s your secret,” another one wondered.

“Imma need y’all to pay attention to her footwork. On point 👌🏿 💃🏿,” one observed.

“FABULOUS!! YOU ARE BLESSED!! YOU SURELY DONT LOOK YOUR AGE!!!! KEEP IT UP BEAUTUFUL!!!! Be Blessed!!” one wrote.

The positive comments kept coming, as one wrote, “I am so impressed that she has heels on and that she can walk in them👏👏👏.”

However, some commenters also expressed concern about her well-being, advising her to be careful, saying, “gee one slip on those heels at 90... that’s it...hope your bones are strong. be careful.”
