Leg’s Up the Wall

To complete this move, you will need to be sitting near a wall. You will want to start lying on the floor with your knees up and feet on the wall, while making a 90 degree angle. You will then want to slowly push yourself closer to the wall as your legs rise up on the wall.

This move is one of the best hip and leg stretches that there are. You will be able to lay on your back while twisting both hips to either side of your body. When lying on your back, bring your knees together and lift them up slightly. You will then want to place your hands and fingers behind your knees. You should then rock backwards and forwards slowly. When doing this, you will want to focus on having a rocking rhythm that matches your breathing.

Recycling Golden Pose

The Recycling Golden Pose is very similar to the Happy Baby pose. The main difference is that you will want to spread your knees slightly to open up your body. You will then want to rock to the sides slightly as well.
