Too many people allow their age to determine their level of fitness and activity: the higher the age, the lower the level. Some people (including Cher) are fighting against this trend.
Despite the 76-year-old singer's busy schedule, she still finds the time to exercise in order to maintain her rocking body.
It's hard not to be blown away by Cher's rock-hard abs, tight butt, and skinny waist. Contrary to popular belief, Cher doesn't have her celebrity status and fortune to thank for her killer figure. As she explained to Ellen when appearing on her show, all it takes for a knock-out bod like Cher's is a little patience and a lot of hard work.
Action is the only obstacle keeping thousands of older women from looking like Cher. The superstar has been shutting down negative stigmas surrounding older age by encouraging everyone to feel young, energetic, and active - no matter how old they might be.

Cher has been working hard on her music and her body for decades. She always surprises fans with new adventures, business endeavors, and great albums. This year, Cher joined forces with some fellow celebrities to film the sequel to the hit film "Mamma Mia!." Her musical also recently opened on the Broadway stage.
In the midst of all of this excitement and work, Cher is still able to maintain an excellent physique. This has led many fans to wonder what kind of secrets the singer is hiding from the public, but luckily she shared all of her training secrets on Ellen.
She proceeded to share some of her favorite exercises for the world to know. Cher talked with Ellen about an exercise where you have to go on your knees and hands and drive one foot into the air into the shape of an 'L'.
Cher mentioned that she performs three sets of this exercise with 25 reps in each set. The singer also mentioned her love for Zumba and the necessity of "old-fashion" exercises like squats.
