Jul 18, 2018 by apost team

You may want to treat yourself to an at-home face mask, but facial products can be pricey. Fortunately, there are plenty of low-cost, homemade mixes you can make that are great for your skin. The best ones just use ordinary household ingredients that most people have at hand. However, you might be surprised to learn about the secret ingredient in these three fast and simple face masks. Aspirin is not just for the pain of a headache. It contains a component, salicylic acid, that makes your skin look great. You can try all three of the face masks below and see which one you like best.

All you have to do for this face mask is crush three aspirin pills and mix them with one tablespoon of lemon. When it gets a paste-like texture, put it on your face. You should leave this on for a maximum of 10 minutes.

Honey and Yogurt With Aspirin

This takes a little more work than the lemon with aspirin recipe. You need to open up your pores so they are able to absorb all of the nutrients provided by the mask. Therefore, the first thing you need to do is wash your face with cold water followed by a warm cloth on your face. Leave it on for 10 minutes to open your pores. Next, you need to combine 1 tablespoon of yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey and 5 crushed aspirin pills. Mix the ingredients together to make a paste. Put it on your face and leave it there for half an hour.

This is another super simple one. You just need to crush three aspirin tablets and mix with enough water to make a paste. Then spread it on your face.

After using each of these treatments, your skin should look younger and fresher. It should be cleaner and have tighter pores. Say how these treatments worked for you in the comment section below, or suggest your own favorite homemade face mask.
