You need these three ingredients:
3 eggs
4 ounces white chocolate
4 ounces cream cheese (without herbs or spices)
Baking the cake
2. Heat youroven to 340 degrees.
3. Break the chocolate into small pieces. The smaller they are, the faster the chocolate will melt. Then get a pot of water boiling, then put your chocolate in a small metal bowl over the pot.
4. Take the egg whites out of the fridge and whisk them until they are frothy. This may take a few minutes, but firm egg whites are vital to getting the correct consistency for this cheesecake.
5. Beat the cream cheese, and then add the white chocolate to it. Stir the mixture well until it is smooth and lump free.
Now add the three egg yolks and mix them in thoroughly.
7. Now, in small portions, add the egg whites into the mixture. Carefully fold the egg whites into the dough. Do this until you have mixed all of the egg whites in.
8. Take out a 6" round baking tin and lay parchment paper along the bottom. Brush the edges with some butter, so that you can more easily get the cake out later.
9. Add the dough to the tin and smooth the surface. Gently tap the baking tin on your counter to get out the air bubbles in the dough.
10. Before putting the baking tin in the oven, pull out a deep baking tray. Place the tin with the dough into this baking tray, and then fill it with hot water.
The cake has to be baked in three phases. First bake it at the preset 340 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 320 degrees and cook it for another 15 minutes. Finally, turn off the oven completely and leave the cake in the oven for the last 15 minutes.
12. Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool. Now you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar and enjoy!
