Woman Spent Fortune On Plastic Surgery To Look Like Kim Kardashian & Now Warns Young Women Against It Saying She's 'Lucky To Be Alive'

Apr 24, 2022

The 21st century is full of information at your fingertips. From our phones to laptops to the television, we are constantly seeing news or celebrity gossip. It's no wonder that some people can get overwhelmed with this constant stream of information.

For one young woman seeing celebrities, their bodies, and their lifestyle pushed her to pursue all of that for herself. Jennifer Pamplona started pursuing plastic surgery when she was just 17-years-old after paying close attention to celebrities like Kim Kardashian. She has said that she believed the Kardashian family was essentially a school for her on all things life.

Eleven years later, Pamplona is 28-years-old and wishes she had never decided to go under the knife at such a young age. Pamplona said she was heavily bullied as a girl for being tall and skinny, which ultimately played a huge role in her body insecurities. She would wear bigger and baggier clothing to make her body look more full.

At 17, she convinced her grandma to sign a document that allowed her to go in for a breast augmentation. It was this first appointment that would change her life forever, fueling her fire to look more like celebrities and less like herself.

Years after the young girl started her plastic surgery journey, she looks like a different person. All in all, Pamplona had four ribs removed, bum fillers, and a boob job to look more like Kardashian. Altogether she spent over $500,000 on her reconstruction. Pamplona is now singing a different tune, advocating that young women and girls stay away from plastic surgery.

In an exclusive interview with The Irish Sun in 2021, Pamplona said,

"I warn girls away from surgery and procedures because the decisions are something that lasts a lifetime and they don't fix how you feel."

The actress said what once was her inspiration is not anymore.

"But I think there is a big problem with the impact of the Kardashians, everyone wants to look like them so now all young women look the same," she said

"They have the same face, nose and lips but it will not make them happy - surgery is only one part of the solution, they need help from a psychologist too. I regret having my first surgery, I wasn't mature enough to understand the implications of going under the knife."

Having had more than 40 surgeries in just ten years, Pamplona has opened up and said that all of her surgeries will impact her health for the rest of her life.

"I'm lucky to be alive, I spent more than 20 days in bed and my body had to fight all of these toxins inside me. "

She added, "I'm still scared I won't be able to walk in the future and it's all because a doctor put permanent filler in my leg, which is stopping blood circulation."

Learning her lesson later in life, the woman who has had over 40 surgeries is preaching to young women why they should not follow in her footsteps.

"I advise them not to have surgery because it doesn't fix all your problems and it can easily become an addiction," Pamplona said
