Trisha Yearwood Makes Bold Move And Takes ‘Hair Inspo’ From Goldie Hawn’s Hair Color

Goldie Hawn is a beaming ray of sunshine in Hollywood. The 77-year-old actress has been gracing screens since the late 1960s when she first impressed audiences with her appearance in the televised comedy sketch program "Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In" as well as playing a supporting role in the Academy Award-winning “Cactus Flower.” She followed this by appearing in many beloved movies throughout the next few decades and continues to work in the entertainment industry to this day.

Hawn has easily become a household name over her many years in the entertainment industry. Born on Nov. 21, 1945, in Washington, D.C., Hawn had one sister growing up and was raised Jewish. Hawn became the “It” girl of the 1960s when she was cast as a regular on “Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In,” which aired from 1968 until 1973.

On the other hand, Trisha Yearwood has been in the music industry since the early 1990s. Her debut single, “She’s In Love With The Boy,” easily became a hit on the country charts. Aside from being an accomplished recording artist, Yearwood is also skilled in the kitchen. She is a best-selling cookbook author, with several successful cookbooks to her name, specializing in Southern-style cooking.

The Grammy-winning singer is married to another country music star, Garth Brooks. They share three children together and have been married for 17 years already.

In an Instagram post dated July 9, 2023, Yearwood shocked everyone when she opted for a lighter shade of blonde for her hair. As revealed in the caption of her Instagram post, she took inspiration from Hawn! 

“Vegas. I did a thing! ✂️Hair inspo: the iconic @goldiehawn!!” she wrote in the caption. 

Yearwood looked beautiful in the portrait. Her gold locks and curls flowed effortlessly above her shoulders. Although some may say that Yearwood has always been blonde, it seemed like she opted for a lighter shade of blond with her new look. 

Obviously, the ever-jolly actress was delighted with Yearwood’s new look. In the comments, Hawn said: “I LOVE YOUR HAIR!!! ❤️” Yearwood responded to Hawn’s comment with: “@goldiehawn I love YOU! You’re such an inspiration to us all! Keep spreading the good. ♥️♥️♥️♥️🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻”

On July 15, 2023, Yearwood celebrated the 25th anniversary of her 1998 album, “Where Your Road Leads.”

“I got to work with legendary @tbmusicproducer on this album, and I was so excited to get to include the Grammy nominated duet with @garthbrooks, Where Your Road Leads. I love music!!” she said in a post.
