Tom Brady Fans Say His Teenage Son Is ‘So Much More Good Looking’ Than His Dad & Has His Mother Bridget Moynahan’s ‘Smile’

Tom Brady loves to offer glimpses into his children’s lives and has frequently discussed how fatherhood has shaped his perspective. Brady also talks about his family members’ personalities and milestones. 

And he has often spoken about his son, John Edwards Thomas “Jack” Moynahan. He has opened up about his son’s athletic aspirations, noting how his passion for sports mirrored his own. 

Brady offered insight into Jack’s plans in a November 2024 interview with Harvard Business School professor Nitin Nohria for Fortune magazine.

“I have a son who’s 6’5 and wants to play basketball,” he said. 

With a playful tone, Brady joked about his son’s athleticism, noting that his jumps are “unfortunately” as high as his own. 

“But I tell him, ‘Dude, you’re going to be a stud.’ I said ‘Wait till you hit your grow spurt — you’re going to be jumping higher you’re going to be dunking,’” he shared.

“Whether he does or not, who cares? But I want him to know that his dad’s got his back,” Brady said.

In a June 2023 ESPN interview, he reaffirmed his wish for his son to find something he loves, whether it be football or another passion.

He noted: “I wouldn’t choose for him to do that because there’s too many crazy expectations that people would put on them, most of them probably very unfair actually.” 

In a 2023 interview with Today, Brady acknowledged the unique challenges his children face.

He shared: “There are a lot of expectations because of who their mom or their dad is, and it’s not necessarily fair to them because they didn’t choose that.”

On Nov. 15, 2024, Brady’s outing with Jack at the Emirates NBA Cup game in New York City drew fans’ attention. 

The father-son duo’s presence at the event at Madison Square Garden ignited a flurry of social media reactions.

After the game, Brady posted a courtside photo with his 17-year-old son on his Instagram Stories. Soon, users started to weigh in on Jack’s appearance. 

In the now-expired image, the NFL icon was seen smiling as he stood next to Jack, with the caption reading: “The luckiest Dad in the world ❤️❤️❤️.”

One commenter remarked, “He looks nothing like his dad.” 

Others commented that Jack takes more after his mother, Brady’s ex-girlfriend actress Bridget Moynahan.

“I see his mom in that smile,” another agreed.

Some even blatantly said that “Jack is so much more good looking,” than his dad.

Fans also saw resemblances to famous figures, with one noting Jack looked like late actor Patrick Swayze’s “twin.” 

Another compared him to New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye.

Some shifted focus back to Brady, praising his fatherly role:

“Amazing dad TB12, the best QB in football. Good luck, Jack—God bless you both ❤️🤍💙.”

In October, Brady shared another photo featuring Jack and his younger brother, Benjamin.

And fans continued to comment on Jack’s potential as a model, one calling him “America’s next top model.” 

Others commented on his resemblance to Brady’s former wife, Brazilian model Gisele Bündchen:

“Can’t help but thinking the older boy hilariously lookalikes Gisele. 🧐😵‍💫🙂”

Jack’s height also became a talking point among fans, with one user noting that he appeared taller than his father:

“He’s taller than you!”

One netizen admiringly commented: “He is one of the most beautiful people in the World…” 

Even actor Donnie Wahlberg joined the conversation, calling Jack “the coolest kid ever.”

On Jack’s 17th birthday in August 2024, Brady celebrated him on Instagram:

“You are truly a blessing in my life, and I am so grateful to watch you mature into a young man.”
