One thing that makes most women self-conscious about their look is cellulite. This orange-like skin appears most often on the buttocks and thighs. There are ways of getting the skin to become smoother in those areas. The simple massage described here can do the job.
For the massage procedure, you will need:
- A brush with bristles, preferably natural
- Body scrub with large particles
- Body oil
- One silicone cup
The massage should be performed in a light fashion that does not bruise the skin. Sensitive areas such as the back of the knees and inner thighs should be avoided.

Version 1
For the first version of the massage, apply the scrub on your dry skin, and massage upward.
Then, use your thumb and fingers to knead the skin on both sides in order to create a pinching sensation. Do this for 10 minutes.
Apply the oil and silicone cup. Move the cup in circular motions while moving up the leg. After this, knead your legs again. Do this massage three times weekly for 10 minutes on each leg.
Version 2
This is a faster version of the previous massage, but it is just as effective. Before going into the shower, use the dry brush to massage yourself in clockwise motions and in an upward motion on your legs. After the bath, use the massage oil to help you knead the problematic areas.
These massages do not take a long time, and when done regularly will result in a smoother skin and the disappearing of cellulite on your skin.
