Ingredients

  • 2 1/12 cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 3.4 ounce packages of vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 20 ounces of canned crushed pineapple
  • 8 ounces of sour cream
  • 8 ounces of cool whip
  • 1 jar of maraschino cherries
  • Sliced fresh pineapple
  • Instructions

    1. Melt the butter in the microwave and stir it into the graham cracker crumbs until a coarse, moist mixture develops.

    2. Firmly press the crumbs along the sides and bottom of an 8 inch pie pan. Allow the crust to firm even more in the fridge while you mix together your filling.

    3. Stir the vanilla pudding mix, pineapple, and sour cream together in a large bowl until creamy and thoroughly combined.

    4. Spread this mixture evenly on top of your pie crust.

    5. Smooth the whipped cream in an even layer on top of the pineapple mix.

    6. Set in fridge to firm up for at least an hour.
