What our skin looks like depends greatly on factors such as diet, hereditary, and skincare routine. Facials are a great way to get the blood circulating and tighten the skin. Facials can be extremely costly.

Have no fear, you can make a do-it-yourself facial at home. What gets even better is that you probably already have the necessary items in your home.

All you need is two weeks, water, oil, face cream, and two spoons. Easy enough right? In two weeks time, magnificent changes will show in your skin.

Before doing any of these methods, it's best to cleanse your face with a facial cleanser of your choice, in order to remove any buildup. Afterward, apply an oil of your choice that won't agitate your skin.

Avoid the eye area. Do not wash the oil off. It's best to use smaller spoons, but do not worry, regular eating spoons will do just fine.

Method 1: Eyebrow Wrinkles

Run a spoon under cold water for a minute or so. Place the cool spoon on your eyebrow wrinkles.

An alternative method is to move the cool spoon up and down from the bridge of your nose to the top of your forehead ten times.

Repeat this same procedure with a warm spoon.

Method 2: Laugh Lines

Laughing is a great stress reliever. Unfortunately, it can also cause deep wrinkles around the mouth.

Slightly pucker your lips. After heating a spoon, place it gently around the corners of your mouth.

Another area you can apply the spoons to is right under your nose. Move the spoon around in circles for best results.

Do this 4-8 times.

Method 3: Neck Wrinkles

Do you ever notice when you turn your head and a layer of wrinkles seems to form on your neck out of nowhere?

Well, some warm spoons can tighten your skin. Simply place the spoons under your ears. Run it down to your collarbone. Repeat a few times.

Cool the spoons with cold water. Place them under your eyes in order to tighten the skin and lighten dark circles.

Method 5: Forehead Wrinkles

Warm up two spoons. Place them on the center of your forehead and move outward across the forehead.

You can move the spoons straight across your forehead or use circular motions.

Massage your forehead for up to four minutes. Reheat the spoons if necessary.

Method 6: Crow's Feet

This is one of the most common types of wrinkles found on a person's skin. No matter what facial expression you do, they always seem to appear out of the clear blue sky.

Cool some spoons and place them on your Crow's Feet. Massage the area with the spoons for a few minutes.

Afterward, replace the cool spoons with warm ones.

Method 7: Double Chin

Warm up two spoons with hot water. Move the spoons from under your chin to your ears.

Repeat a couple of times. Warm up the spoons again if they cool off.

Method 8: Alert Eyes

Sometimes you look tired even when you're wide awake. Simply use warm spoons and move them across the area right above your eyebrows.

Use an upward motion in order to lift your skin.

Method 9: Saggy Chest

Not all of us have the pecks of Superman or The Hulk, but we can certainly try. If your chest region tends to be saggy, move cold spoons from your collarbone to your sternum. Afterward, use warm spoons.

Continue alternating between cool and warm spoons.

These methods work best when done in the morning.

After doing this every day for two weeks, you'll begin to see results. Your skin will tighten and heal itself.
