Pads are one of the most common items women use during their menstrual cycles. If you find yourself or someone else in a situation where they're bleeding out, use a maxi pad. Yes, use a pad. Press it over the wound and keep it there. It'll soak up the blood and stop any more blood loss that could occur. It would be best if you duct taped the pad to the body to keep the pressure on it.

We all love a good looking pair of shiny shoes. They can cost a lot of money to get the shininess of brand new shoes again. Simply drench your shoes in shoe shiner and let it sit for around fifteen minutes. Place a lighter or heat source near the shoes until they're dry. They'll be as shiny as pearls in no time. For a little extra pizzazz, use a wet cloth to wipe the outside of the shoe.
