People Clamor For 'No Kids Flight' Option After Child Disrupts Passengers' Sleep Time With Glowing Ensemble

While traveling often comes off as cumbersome and stressful, being able to travel by air can be considered one of the most efficient, albeit not always comfortable. This is due to serval factors ranging from the hectic airport check, worry about luggage safety, the fear of flying, jet lag, and so much more. Flying becomes more unbearable when children act up in the plane and disturb their parents and other passengers. A toddler who caused quite a stir on the internet and became one of the reasons many people called for more drastic airplane policies.
On Aug. 15, 2023, a clip of a toddler disrupting the sleep of some passengers traveling on air emerged on the internet, and it has since caused quite a stir. A lot of people who have had similar experiences to the one shared in the clip could relate to the disruption and disturbances children can cause on flights. Most people left their honest opinions on what airlines should put in place where kids are involved.
This is not the first time clips and photos of children disturbing a flight have been posted on the internet. An American woman once went viral as she was clamoring for child-free flights. The woman had posted a TikTok with a child screaming repeatedly throughout her three-hour flight. The woman was greatly disturbed during her flight and could not hold her opinions back about children being on flights.
More often than not, media users and those involved in such situations often leave it to the parents and blame them for the misconduct of their kids. While this is quite understandable, it is pertinent to note that kids can sometimes be difficult to keep under control.

The clip of a toddler posted to Scarsam_only's official Instagram page has re-ignited the clamor for child-free flights. The clip showed what seemed to be a night flight where the lights were turned off so that passengers could take naps, but a toddler on board had another idea. The little child dressed up in a fluffy rabbit onesie, which lit up each time the bunny ears were pulled. The ears were repeatedly pulled on, thereby illuminating the cabin. Passengers who wanted to get some sleep could not do that, as the glow kept them awake.
Less than impressed media users reacted in droves to the clip, thereby causing it to gain traction. Many shared their honest opinions, which centered on the presence of young kids on planes.
One user commented, "This is why we need the option for a no kids flight when booking." One other person said, "Sick of ppl who don't control their children on public space," Another concerned user said, "May cause an epileptic to have seizures, so it's not cute. Educate yourself and your kids. The world doesn't revolve around you."
Another agitated commenter wrote, "If the parent refuses to take that off the child then the child is going to learn the truth about Santa, the Easter bunny, and the tooth fairy all in under 6 minutes". One person stated, "Forget people being sick, it's just plain rude. If the lights are off I imagine it's a night flight, considering it's a small plane it's probably a domestic flight as well meaning some people are going to want to catch up on some sleep. A lack of both respect and education."
Children being on flights has become a hot topic of discussion, and airlines might start taking action toward it.
