Mother's Carbon Copy: Jamie Lee Curtis And Daughter Annie Both Have Grey Hair And Look Fabulous Together

Jamie Lee Curtis has been captivating audiences all around the world for many years now as a talented actress and writer. Many of her roles in both film and television include the star playing a motherly figure with her gorgeous grey hair prominently on display. Curtis has never been shy about aging and has accepted the natural changes that come along with the process, and at 65 years old, she still looks absolutely stunning. Now, another member of her family has decided to join her in rocking her notorious hair color.

Curtis and her daughter share a very sweet bond together, and now the two have something else in common. While Curtis has been rocking her grey locks for quite some time now, her daughter decided to join her and dyed her hair grey to match. The two looked absolutely breathtaking together with their similar hairdos and made sure to rock a special red carpet with their fun looks.

Curtis’ daughter Annie Guest stunned those in attendance at the 2016 Golden Globe Awards, which is where she first publically donned her new hair color. People all around the world were able to see the pictures of the two who stood side by side with their matching appearances. Although Annie has made a few appearances on red carpets and at public events with her famous parents before, this was the first time she rocked such an edgy look with such a bold hair color. The mother-daughter duo looked incredible as they both donned their own shade of grey at the red carpet for the Golden Globes.

Curtis first rose to fame with her role as Laurie in the horror film series “Halloween.” The first movie was released in 1978, and the latest in the series was released in 2018. During the many years of her career, Curtis has played a number of characters in various television series and films. Some other projects she has starred in include “Scream Queens,” “Freaky Friday” and “New Girl.”

Another project that Curtis has become well-known for is her part in the Activia commercials, a probiotic yogurt brand. Curtis rocked her grey locks in the commercials just as much as she had in any other project she’s done. At 65 years old, the actress has shown no signs of slowing down with her amazing and busy career and has made sure to stay relevant in Hollywood.

Curtis married Christopher Guest on Dec. 18, 1984. Guest is an American-British screenwriter, director and actor, best known for his work in the mockumentary style, including series like “This Is Spinal Tap” and “For Your Consideration.” Together, the couple has two adopted children, Annie, who was born in 1986, and Thomas, who was born in 1996. Despite having two incredibly famous parents, Annie and Thomas have not really entered the entertainment industry just yet. However, they have still made their presence known at popular events and award shows alongside their parents.

Curtis and Annie shocked the world with their matching hair colors back in 2016. Metro UK reported that the two women both rocked their grey looks for the first time together at the Golden Globe Awards red carpet event in 2016, leaving some in attendance utterly shocked.

Photographers were sure to capture the rare moment of Curtis and Annie with their matching hair colors. Although this was not the first time Annie joined her mother at a public event surrounded by a high number of people and cameras, it was the first time she donned such a unique style that was extremely edgy.

Although both women rocked the grey look, their shades of grey were a bit different, giving them each their own unique edge. Curtis has been rocking her grey hair for a while now and has continued to pull off the elegant look quite well. While Curtis’ hair has been more of a steely grey, her daughter’s was a slightly different shade. Annie’s hair hasn’t naturally turned grey yet, so she was able to dye it to the color of her choosing. She opted for more of a silver look, which made it a bit shinier and more ivory-looking than her mother’s.

Curtis looked beautiful in a navy blue dress stitched with delicate black flowers, completing her simple look with a pretty pair of earrings that matched the detailing on her dress. On the other hand, Annie was ready to turn heads with her show-stopper look. Her silver hair was almost as bright as her stark white dress. She had some minimal detailing on the dress, opting for a dangly pair of earrings to complete the gorgeous look.

While people have been used to seeing Curtis on many red carpets over the years, no one was quite ready for the surprise she gave us when she showed up to the 2016 Golden Globes with her daughter, who both donned their fierce grey hairdos.
