Man Writes Letter Showing His Soft Side After A Rude Woman Calls Him A ‘Dirty Biker’ At A Restaurant

Judging someone by their appearance is more common than you would like to think. It seems to be a human fallibility that happens in an instance when we aren't thinking with our brains. In an ideal world, everyone would be able to wear what they like without judgment from others. Unfortunately, many families and cultures still think it's right to judge others based on their appearance.
One day, a Canadian gentleman by the name of Luc Perreault walked into a Tim Horton's restaurant in Alberta. Luc's a big guy who, on this day, was dressed up in biker clothes, which made him pretty imposing.
He stopped by Tim Horton's to take a break and get some coffee. A little girl and her mother were already in the restaurant. The girl found nothing imposing about this 280-pound man and walked up to say "Hi". Luc smiled and said hello right back.

Then, the mother walked up and pulled her daughter away. Without any hesitation, the mother told her impressionable daughter: "We don't talk to dirty bikers."
That comment cut Perrault to the core. He took his hurt and shared it with the world. Instead of confronting the mother, he expressed his feelings on social media. This man who the mother judged based on his appearance is far more than a dirty biker
The truth is he is a big guy who loves motorcycles and has many tattoos. He is a welder by trade. He likes to drink beer and gets too loud at times. He swears too much and looks intimidating on a good day.
But, he has been married to the love of his life for 11 years. His kids call him "Daddy." He graduated from college. His mother tells everyone how lucky she is to have him as her son. His nieces and nephews love to have the uncle Luc visit.
He cried more tears than his daughter when she broke her arms. He reads books, helps people, and goes out of his way for veterans.
So, the next time you judge him by his appearance and pull your daughter away, remember this is the guy would be the first to offer his help. Luc's story shows why it's important to keep an open mind when meeting new people. You never know who the person is based solely on his or her appearance.
We would love to know your thoughts on Luc's story. Also, give others a chance to learn it for themselves.
