Loretta Lynn Returns After Her Stroke To Honor Alan Jackson

American country music singer-songwriter Loretta Lynn suffered a massive stroke back in May 2017 but returned to the spotlight to deliver a moving speech about Country Music Hall of Fame inductee Alan Jackson. 

Loretta Lynn, who is also a member of the Hall of Fame, shared that she had always known Alan Jackson would become one of the most successful country music stars. He is one of the top solo stars in the genre and has sold nearly 45 million albums in the U.S. alone.

Alan Jackson took the stage to give his acceptance speech followed by other Hall of Fame recipients, such as the late singer Jerry Reed and songwriter Don Schlitz. Watch the video below to hear Loretta's speech!
