‘Little People, Big World’ Star Amy Roloff Shares Rare Photo With All 4 Kids
Jun 19, 2023
Amy Roloff is the famous star of the TLC series "Little People, Big World." The TV personality was born with a genetic condition called achondroplasia, popularly known as dwarfism. Ahead of her foray into reality TV, Amy tied the knot with her now ex-husband Matt Roloff — who also has dwarfism — in 1987, and the duo share four children. The couple welcomed sons, Jeremy and Zach, in 1990 and then a girl, Molly, three years after that. Their youngest son, Jacob, was born four years later in 1997.
Amy and Matt became Television personalities in 2006 after TLC approached them for a few episodes that would give their audience a glimpse into people with dwarfism. However, "Little People, Big World" became popular for the positive way it reflected Amy and Matt's lives, and it soon became a regular series that is still on. The duo's children also featured in the series regularly, but Amy, Matt, and Zach were often the focus of the reality show.
Amy recently shared a rare photo of herself and her four kids on social media. The image was posted on Instagram on May 14, 2023, to celebrate Mother's Day. Amy's post excited their fans, who had not seen the four siblings together in a while, as three of Amy's children had already left reality TV to focus on other things. The post attracted over 150,000 likes and lots of positive comments as fans of the family made their delight at seeing the five stars together known. Fans were surprised to see Amy's post because it had been a while since all four of the children appeared on her social media or reality TV. Jacob Roloff left the TLC show in 2014, and in 2020, he divulged the reason for his exit.
The youngest of the Roloff's children revealed that while on the show, former executive producer, Chris Cardamone, groomed and molested him. Jacob claimed that the incident happened between 2007 and 2010, but he was too young to fully understand what was happening. He also declined to blame his family and, instead, faulted the predator.
Zach is also married to Tori Roloff and shares three kids with her. Zach is the only member of the Roloff family standing in "Little People, Big World" and regularly shares updates about his family life on social media.
Jeremy Roloff and his wife, Audrey, also left the production in 2018, claiming they won't be in reality TV anymore. However, the couple isn't writing off show biz as they disclosed that they have thought of starting a YouTube channel. Jeremy and Audrey now write books and expanded their family with the arrival of their latest child, Radley, in 2021. The couple also keep up with their fans on social media from time to time.
Meanwhile, Molly Roloff got married to Joel Silvius in 2017 and moved to Spokane, where she works as a senior accountant. Molly left the show a year after Jeremy and Audrey exited the long-running series. However, the 29-year-old never disclosed her reason for leaving the reality show. Similarly, her family remains tight-lipped about why she left. Molly has also kept her life out of public scrutiny since her exit, opting to live a private life with her husband.
