Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are a beloved power couple on television and in life. Known for their undeniable on-screen chemistry as co-hosts of “Live with Kelly and Mark,” they’ve built a strong, supportive partnership over nearly three decades.
Outside of their successful careers, the couple enjoys a tight-knit family life, making their home in a luxurious townhouse on Manhattan’s Upper East Side that they purchased 12 years ago.
Ripa, 54, and Mark, 53, have transformed their townhouse into a modern masterpiece. This home has become a serene retreat where they can unwind after their on-air duties, offering a welcome escape from the fast-paced world.
In December 2024, the couple opened the doors to their $27 million Upper East Side residence for Architectural Digest, showcasing the personalized and elegant elements that make the space uniquely theirs.
The home blends opulent French and Old Hollywood-inspired décor. Yet, despite the lavish touches, the design is also tailored to the practical needs of their family of five.
The couple share three kids. The oldest, Michael Consuelos, is 27, and he has made Brooklyn his home, where he works with Bravo Productions, building his career in the entertainment industry.
Lola Consuelos, 23, has embraced life across the pond, living in London with her boyfriend, pursuing her passions and growing her independence.
Joaquin Consuelos, 21, is a senior at the University of Michigan, where he’s focused on his studies while also exploring his interests in the arts and media.
The Ripa-Consuelos kids maintain a close bond with their parents, often visiting the family’s Upper East Side townhouse when they can.
Despite their busy lives, Ripa and Mark cherish family time and strive to create a nurturing environment at home. So, they were especially mindful of their children’s tastes when designing the house.

In the exclusive interview, Ripa shared her admiration for the house:
“I don’t want to sound morbid, but they’ll have to carry me out of here feet first because I have gotten good and comfortable in this house.”
She also opened up about how many parts of the townhouse have undergone significant changes, but the children’s rooms have remained untouched.
Ripa cherishes keeping Michael, Lola, and Joaquin’s rooms just as they were, creating a sense of familiarity and warmth whenever the kids return home.
A glimpse into Lola’s room revealed her style. The musician has transformed her bedroom into a serene yet glamorous retreat with soft pink, beige, and gold accents.
The room featured a plush sofa chair, a neon sign that read “Lola,” a book about Amy Winehouse, an ottoman, and luxurious silk sheets, all reflecting her artistic personality.
In contrast, one of the sons’ rooms was a darker haven, filled with shades of blue, white, and black. It boasted “Star Wars” memorabilia, an ode to his interests, alongside a replica lantern from “Green Lantern” and neatly organized comic books, all creating a vibrant, youthful atmosphere.
Ripa’s love for their stylish, high-end home was evident as she expressed:
“I’ve spent my life growing up on sets... So I like a bit of dazzle. Give me a show.”
This love for all things extravagant was reflected in their shared spaces, which featured impressive artwork such as a painting by Gloria Vanderbilt and exquisite 18th-century tapestries.
Initially skeptical about the tapestries, Mark recalled:
“At first we were sort of dubious on the idea of tapestries. I was like, we’re still young people!”
But the heartthrob actor later admitted he liked them: “They are super groovy.”
