The Duchess of Cambridge has appeared on ITV's This Morning last week to discuss her new project with the National Portrait Gallery. Talking about the inspiration behind her project, she said: "We've all seen incredible images and seen uplifting and sad stories, I really hope this project can showcase and document this moment in time that we're all experiencing."

Appearing live via video link in the same £495 yellow, silk Raey dress she wore during last night's appearance from Amner Hall, she spoke to Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield and shared some of her own photography tips, which included the importance of 'capturing the moment' and not 'making it too set up'.

Kate has selected some of her favorite photographs that best capture the "resilience, bravery and kindness" of Britons caught in the coronavirus crisis for the new project 'Hold Still'.

Kensington Palace wrote in a tweet that the community photography project has been designed to catch the “spirit, mood, hopes and fears” of the nation.

Kate, who is a patron of the National Portrait Gallery, has asked members of the public to send in photographs of their very own moments during the coronavirus pandemic. The best hundred photographs will go on display at the gallery in August.

Addressing the homeschooling situation at their home in Norfolk, Kate revealed that George would rather be doing his sister’s homework—or making spider sandwiches. "George gets very upset because he just wants to do all of Charlotte's projects," she shared. "Spider sandwiches are far cooler than literacy work."

Kate released a series of images last week on their twitter account of Charlotte, who turned 5 on the same week, delivering food packages to vulnerable Norfolk residences.

She also took several charming pictures of her youngest, 2-year-old Prince Louis, doing rainbow hand painting to celebrate his second birthday in April.
