Jessica Alba & Her 15-Year-Old Daughter Honor Look More Like Sisters On Fun Girls’ Day Out

Jun 13, 2023

Ever since the early 2000s, Jessica Alba has been an incredibly well-loved actress in Hollywood. Not only is she absolutely gorgeous, but she's known for being a total sweetheart, too — it's no wonder the world fell in love with her after she catapulted to fame on the series "Dark Angel."

Following her time on the show, she dominated Hollywood with starring roles in movies "Honey," "Fantastic Four" and "Sin City," among many others. But beyond acting, Alba has also proven herself to be a savvy entrepreneur after she started her brand, The Honest Company, in 2011. It specializes in baby, personal and household products, and by 2015 the company received a massive valuation of $1.7 billion.

But beyond her successful professional endeavors, Alba also has a rich family life. Married to her husband Cash Warren, the couple has three children together — Honor Marie Warren, 15, Haven Garner Warren, 11, and Hayes Warren, 5. Cash had also worked in the movie industry — in fact, the pair met while Alba filmed "Fantastic Four" when Cash worked for the director. Cash is also no stranger to being an entrepreneur, as he started his own brand with friends in 2012.

It seems that the couple has a lot in common, so it's no surprise to learn that they've been happily married for over 12 years. Unlike Hollywood romances that don't make it, theirs appears to get stronger by the year.

For Alba, juggling her entrepreneurial activities, working in Hollywood, and raising a family of five comes with its challenges. However, the gorgeous star faces them head-on, carving out time for her loved ones and keeping them her No. 1 priority. This includes a fun girls’ day out at the 2023 French Open, where she and Honor soaked up some wonderful mother-daughter time.

Alba and Cash have been married since 2008, but the nuptials weren’t exactly planned. When Alba was pregnant with their first daughter, the pair woke up one morning and decided they wanted to tie the knot that day. In a moving Instagram post, Cash shared with the world how the couple said, “I do.” He wrote:

“We were laying in bed having one of those amazing lazy mornings where we’d do nothing. You were 9 months pregnant with Honor and we were so excited to meet her in the coming weeks. Not sure who thought of it first but the decision we made that day would forever change the course of our lives.”

They "hopped up, got dressed and drove straight to the courthouse,” he wrote. Although he admitted to Alba "it wasn't the dream wedding you deserved," as no family or even friends were present, just them and the courthouse employee. He called the moment "laughably awkward," but clearly, it was the right thing for the lovebirds to do!

Since then, the couple has worked together to raise their three children with good morals. Cash is inspired by his "hero" father, Michael Warren, a former UCLA basketball player and television actor. In 2020, Cash told Reveal magazine:

"One thing that Jessica and I are 100% aligned on is that we’re not raising a**holes. If they get out of line, we’re not going to stand for it. We’ve tried to maintain the values our parents taught us."

This includes "setting boundaries and routines" and teaching their kids about giving back. They even get their kids involved when their brands go and "distribute socks and hygiene products" to homeless shelters.

On June 10, 2023, Alba treated Honor to a day out at the French Open in Paris, where they soaked up the sun and watched a thrilling women’s finals match between Iga Swiatek and Karolina Muchova. The mother-daughter duo looked more like sisters as they attended the sporting event dressed in perfect spring outfits. Alba donned a front-tied, striped midi dress and hoop earrings while Honor sported a canary yellow three-piece ensemble comprising a crop top, shorts and collared shirt. Both took their outfits to a youthful, sporty level with white sneakers. Alba shared photos of the fun day out in an Instagram post, which she captioned:

“Girls day at @rolandgarros 🎾🤍☀️🇫🇷 Congrats to @iga.swiatek @karolinamuchova on an incredible match 👏🏽 and @iga.swiatek 3X winner of the French Open! 🏆🥇! Wow!!!”

Comments flooded in about how alike they looked. One user remarked, “Is that twin?” while another said, “Jessica looks younger than her daughter.”

Just days earlier, Alba had celebrated Honor’s 15th birthday with an Instagram post praising her “angel” alongside a montage of photos and clips throughout the years.

“I had absolutely no idea how much my world was going to change… My entire world was flipped right side up and I felt the deepest, most profound love. 15 years later, I am so proud of who you have become my Honorcita, you are everything and more my baby girl,” Alba wrote in the caption.

She also thanked Honor for being an “incredibly loving daughter and for being the best big sis to Haven and Hayes, for standing in your truth, for having integrity, for being emotionally available… you have taught me so much my Angel, you are the perfect combo of being soft and strong.”
