The star has revealed the key practices that go into her daily routine that keep her in tip-top shape – and some of them may come as a surprise.

Aniston rose to fame after nabbing the role of Rachel Green in arguably the biggest sitcom of the ’90s, “Friends.” She won an Emmy award for her iconic role, as well as Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild awards. Her character was extremely popular and is considered one of the most memorable female roles in television history. After the show’s run ended after 10 years in 2004, Aniston pivoted her career focus to films and became a huge box-office draw. Some of her biggest hits include “Bruce Almighty,” “The Break-Up,” “Marley & Me,” “Horrible Bosses” and “We’re the Millers.” 

With such a packed agenda, it’s mind-blowing that Aniston has the energy to keep up with it all. Despite being vocal about how she neglected her health before, Aniston seemed to have strayed away from those practices in her later years. By sticking to a few daily practices, she has kept herself energized to sustain such a hectic schedule.

At 54, Aniston has maintained her youthful energy and beauty throughout the years. In an interview with InStyle Magazine, Aniston shared her dreadful experience as she struggled with insomnia which led her to value sleep in her daily routine.

“Sleep is extraordinary. It’s beautiful, but boy, did I take it for granted when we were young. When you're younger, you kind of take it for granted,” Aniston said.

Aniston also shared her bad habit when she was younger and how her lack of sleep took a toll on her performance and health. 

“You think, ‘I can survive on three-to-five hours of sleep, and I feel great,’ and then, all of a sudden, it just starts not to feel great, and your performance isn't as up to par as it should be,” she continued.

The actress is following a strict night regimen. Every night, Aniston does a sleep meditation with lavender essential oils and turns off her screens at least an hour before hitting the hay. The actress also added that she begins with meditation, plenty of water and exercise.

Even her co-star reaches out to her for tips on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Reese Witherspoon, Aniston’s “The Morning Show” co-star and friend, often asks her for wellness advice.

“Reese loves to come to me and say, ‘What's the latest? What do you got for me?’ Usually I tell her my new tips and tricks,” she said.

Aniston’s beauty and figure are evident in her photos on Instagram, which many of her fans have continued to appreciate up until now. 

“Oh My! Simply Precious! I’ve always had a crush on you young lady,” one fan confessed
