Jennifer Aniston, 52, Gives Her Tricks To Look As Good As She Did In Her 20s

Jennifer Aniston is a beautiful actress, producer, and businesswoman. She is best known for playing the role of Rachel Green on the hit television series "Friends," which aired from 1994 to 2004. She won a primetime Emmy Award for playing Rachel, as well as a Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Award. Her character was extremely popular and is considered one of the best female roles in television history. 

Aniston has also starred in a number of films and is considered one of Hollywood's highest-paid actresses. Films that star Aniston in a leading role have grossed over 1.6 billion dollars worldwide, 12 of those films earned over 100 million dollars. Her most popular film roles were in "Bruce Almighty," "The Break-Up," "Marley & Me," and "Horrible Bosses." 

Aniston currently stars on the Apple Plus television series, "The Morning Show," and she has already won another Screen Actors Guild Award for her role. The show began in 2019 and has received positive reviews from critics. Aniston has been voted one of the most beautiful women in the world by numerous magazines. She is world-famous and has her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. 

The actress is now 52-years-old, and her net worth is believed to be 300 million dollars. She is also co-founder of a production company called Echo Films, which was established in 2008. In an interview with PeopleAniston shared that she doesn't limit her carbohydrate intake as much as she used to. "I started to give myself a break, allowing yourself to have pasta, a sandwich. Everyone's very afraid of the bread basket, and I'm no longer afraid. As long as it's all done in moderation," she explained.

Aniston continued, "There's something my body appreciates about (having carbs), like, 'Oh, thank you! Why are you depriving me of things I love?'"

The actress also explained that she doesn't typically like eating breakfast. "I kind of naturally do intermittent fasting, just because I'm not a breakfast person," she says. "I just like a cup of coffee and my collagen." Aniston explained that collagen improves the health of her hair, nails, and skin. 

Aniston added that she was inspired to start using the supplement as she was getting older. "I was hitting a stage in my life where I wanted to up the health game," she explained

The "Friends" star says she enjoys doing pilates and that the gentle workout is important due to a back injury. "Back in October my back went out; I'd done a really hard workout, and then one day I tried to get up and couldn't. I literally fell to the floor and ended up having to go get an MRI. Sure enough, I had a 9-mm bulging disc, which is really intense," she says. "So my whole workout had to change."

Despite the devastating injury, Aniston has a sense of humor about the situation. "When I threw my back out, I was like, 'Maybe it was that lunge twist squat move.' We can't just do one simple move. We try to add four moves to one," she said with a laugh.
