Hallmark’s Having A Christmas Movie Marathon Nearly Every Day Of July

Alright, we all know trips to the beach, relaxing by the pool, and eating popsicles, are all wonderful summer features. But do they really compare to the hot chocolate and ice-skating that the wintertime brings?

Hallmark knows that feeling and wants to relive the Yuletide cheer of Christmas by bringing it to TV screens in July. They’ll be airing a whopping 38 films during their “Christmas in July” event starting Friday, July 12. Hallmark movies are known for their family-friendly, sweet-loving nature with heartwarming storylines about the magic of everyday moments, and spending time with loved ones.

There will be two original premieres of the schmaltzy Hallmark Christmas movies we love. The first is “Christmas Camp,” of which the plot is described by the Hallmark website: “To get a promotion, Hayley, an advertising executive who specializes in social media, must land a toy company that is all about traditional Christmas as an account. Stars Lily Anne Harrison, Bobby Campo, Ben Gavin.”

The other premiere will be “A Merry Christmas Match,” airing in addition to the holiday favorites from past years. The star-studded month-long marathon includes acting from Candace Cameron Bure, LeAnn Rimes, Kellie Pickler, and Danica McKellar. Check out the schedule here.

So while the sweltering sun beams outside, avoid getting a sunburn and curl up with your Christmas favorites on the comfort of the couch this July.
