Savage has been in the spotlight for several decades now and has shown his talents as an actor, director and producer during that time. However, he has also been faced with some controversies. According to Earn the Necklace, the star was facing sexual misconduct allegations back in 2017 surrounding female crew members from “The Grinder.” Savage denied the claims, and 20th Century Fox didn’t find any evidence of misconduct. Still, “The Grinder,” ended up being canceled.

Afterward, Savage went on to reclaim his fame and began appearing in the Netflix series “Friends from College.” Savage is no stranger to appearing on the small screen, and has even shown his skills behind-the-scenes for a number of Disney and Nickelodeon shows over the years, as well as some primetime TV series.

Still, it’s Savage’s relationship with his longtime partner that people can’t get enough of. Savage is married to Jennifer Lynn Stone. According to Earn the Necklace, the pair grew up as childhood friends in Chicago. However, PEOPLE reported that Savage moved to Los Angeles at the age of 11 to star as Kevin in “The Wonder Years.”

Fortunately, Savage was able to enjoy a pretty normal childhood thanks to his supportive parents, according to Outsider. He was friends with kids his age rather than Hollywood stars. He also kept up with school and went on to graduate from both high school and college.

Although Savage and Stone had lost touch during their childhood, they were able to reconnect 11 years later at Savage’s 22nd birthday party. “We started talking and smooching, and we’ve been together ever since,” Savage explained.

The happy couple went on to marry in 2004 at L’Orangerie restaurant in Los Angeles. According to Earn the Necklace, Savage had proposed with a 5-carat sapphire ring the year prior which was engraved with “I must have done something good.” In their wedding vows, Savage said:

“I promised to always bring up a glass of water to her before we go to bed, and she promised to never let me dress myself.”

Nowadays, the pair share a beautiful family together consisting of their eldest son Oliver Phil Savage, who was born in August 2006, their daughter Lily Aerin Savage, who was born in May 2008, and their youngest son Auggie Savage, who was born in November 2012.

While Savage is undoubtedly used to being in the spotlight, his wife still takes a backseat from the public eye. According to Earn the Necklace, Stone was working as a real estate agent at the time she and Savage married and has continued to keep a low profile, staying inactive on social media.

Savage and Stone have also kept quiet about most news surrounding their children, including Stone’s three pregnancies. However, Savage occasionally shares beautiful photos of his family from time to time.

Savage has also expressed his hopes that his kids will grow up interested in show business. He explained:
"My oldest is a really thoughtful observer of things, and he's interested in writing. My daughter is interested in directing and filmmaking, and I think my youngest might be a performer. But if they want to be dentists, that's fine too! I just want them to be happy."
