Family Invites Pizza Delivery Guy Inside To Play Piano After He Delivers Pizza - Then He Ends Up On Ellen

Oct 08, 2019

You probably don’t expect much conversation out of your local pizza delivery guy when you open up the door. You’re usually ready to eat pizza with your friends or family, or you are preparing a marathon of your newest Netflix binge while simultaneously bingeing on pizza until you are sick. No matter what, you aren’t prepared for a chat with the delivery man.

However, this family did, in fact, interact with the pizza guy much more than your average family. An employee of Hungry Howie’s, Bryce Dudal, was at the door with a pepperoni pizza for the Varchetti family.

According to the Inside Edition, as they were making the exchange he noticed that the family had a piano. He spontaneously asked if he could play it. They said yes and were treated to an amazing surprise.

The pizza delivery boy is actually an 18-year-old prodigy.

He quickly launched into the Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven. Best of all, he played it from memory! The teenager told the family that he is a self-taught piano player. He has been hitting the keys since the tender age of six.

Julie Varchetti talked to The Washington Post about the impromptu performance, calling it “beyond good.” As he played, she recorded him on her phone. She knew she had to share it on social media to show everyone what an incredible performer this young man was.

Bryce said that he always goes all out when he sits down to play. He also told the Post that most people only see the pizza delivery guy. He loves to show off his hidden talent any way that he can. We don’t blame him! Any person with skills this good should play as much as possible.

What did you think of his amazing talent? We’d love to hear from you! Be sure to surprise your friends and family with this video next!
