Elderly Janitor Surprised By Her First Birthday Party Thrown By Her School Aged 77

Birthdays are always a time to come together and celebrate a person growing another year older. In elementary schools, this is often a huge occasion because the milestones they reach are so major. For one janitor and custodian, however, this was a foreign concept. Sure, she had been to birthday parties before...but she had never had her own, until now!

"I never had nothing like this before!"

Ms Frances, as she is affectionately known, is Belle Elementary School's longest-serving custodian and beloved by pupils and teachers alike. When the school's principal learned that Frances Buzzard had never had a birthday party, they knew they needed to give her the best party a woman could ask for!

As you can see in the video below, Ms Frances was blown away by the display of love and affection the students and staff in her school showed her. It was truly a special moment for all involved. Furthermore, it taught the children an important lesson about showing love and gratitude to those who we love.
