Donny Osmond Writes Sweet Tribute To Wife Debbie For 42nd Wedding Anniversary
May 12, 2020
Danny Osmond, 62, and his wife Debbie, 61, just celebrated 42 years of marital bliss.
To commemorate the special day, the singer took to Instagram to celebrate his wife and their four-decade-spanning marriage.
Osmond started by acknowledging that although their plans for their anniversary had been put on hold due to the Stay At Home orders, the singer is grateful he gets to spend more time with this family.
“Our anniversary celebration tomorrow will look a little different than planned this year, but the greatest silver lining of a stay-at-home order is the chance to spend quality time at home with my sweetheart,” he wrote.
“I love Debbie more with every passing day,” Osmond added.

Furthermore, the 62-year-old revealed in his post that he is currently writing a song for Debbie, which will be featured on his upcoming album. “It’s really beautiful, just like her,” Osmond wrote.
“Happy 42nd #Anniversary to the woman who inspires me daily,” he concluded his sweet tribute.
Fans took to the comments to wish the happy couple a happy anniversary and praise Osmond for his sweet post.
“Happy Anniversary many more happy and healthy years together,” commented one user.
“Happy anniversary! Can't wait to hear the new song,” wrote another.
Over the weekend, Osmond posted another sweet tribute to his wife in lieu of mother’s day, where he also mentioned some other special ladies in his life.
“This Mother's Day, I celebrate each one of the women in my life in the wonderful ways they mother every day. This includes all of the ways Debbie, Melisa, Jessi, Shelby, Alta and Summer create, lift, love, nurture and improve the people and environments around them,” he wrote.
The singer continued his post by saying the women his life have “developed ‘mother hearts’ that bless [his] life.”
"Their capacity to uplift and create beauty are divinely given gifts unique to mothers,” Osmond wrote. “To mother figures everywhere, we honor, cherish, and celebrate you.”
