A trio of Polish teenage boys came across a man lying out in the cold without so much as a basic covering for warmth. The boys, Szymon, Wojtek, and Marcin, took it upon themselves to find him a blanket.

After draping him with the blanket, they also tucked him in and hugged him. It was a random act of kindness that they knew they had to do. Because of them, the man could have a much more comfortable sleep.

Unbeknownst to the boys, a closed-circuit television was monitoring them. Eventually, word and footage of their deed spread. The mayor of their town, Nysa, recognized them for their selflessness by gifting them with smartwatches.

This story can remind us of how much of a difference we can make in people's lives. Basic necessities like blankets might be taken for granted, but there are people all around us who need them. By following these boys' example, we can become more loving and giving people.
