Becky was crushed but managed to keep moving on, and two years later she was getting ready to marry the love of her life, a man named Kelly.

When planning the wedding, Becky made sure to leave an empty seat as a memory to Triston. On the seat was a message to him that read "I'm in heaven for your wedding so what shall I do? I'll come down to earth to spend it with you. So save me a seat, just one empty chair. You may not see me but I will be there."

Kelly knew how heartbroken his soon to be wife was about Triston not being at the wedding, so he planned a special surprise. He managed to get in touch with a 21-year-old man named Jacob with a very special connection to Triston. After Triston's untimely death, the family made plans for his organs to be donated. Five people who desperately needed organs were given a much-needed medical procedure thanks to Triston.

Jacob was one of these people. He received Triston's heart.

As soon as she saw the young man in Triston's seat, she knew immediately who he was. She broke down into tears and hugged him.

She later listened to Triston's heart beat in his chest with a stethoscope. Kelly's thoughtful surprise made Becky feel like Triston was really there with her, celebrating her wedding day.
