At 55, Catherine Zeta-Jones Gifts Husband Michael Douglas Photo Of Herself Stark Naked On Their Shared Birthday

Catherine Zeta-Jones celebrated her 55th birthday on Sept. 25, 2024, a birth date she shares with her husband of over 20 years, Michael Douglas. The Welsh actress decided to commemorate the occasion in a unique way by gifting her husband – and the world –  a black and white photo of her posing nude in front of her bathroom vanity. 

Known for films such as the “The Mask of Zorro” franchise, Zeta-Jones has been a timeless beauty in Hollywood since her debut in “1001 Nights.” The stunning actress recently reminded her fans on social media that she is one of the most beautiful actresses today with her birthday post. 

Tastefully done, the picture showed Zeta-Jones staring at her reflection in the mirror while the sun cast an ethereal light on her from the side. In the Instagram post, the actress wore only a pair of high heels. She followed it up with a cheeky caption:

“In my birthday suit! After over 25 years of sharing my birthday day with my husband, I am running out of gift ideas! This is gift option two, golf balls being option one… of course 🤣.”

Earlier that same day, the actress had posted a picture of her and her husband. In the black and white throwback picture from their birthday 25 years ago, Douglas was seen kissing her on the cheek while she had one hand on the back of his head and the other intertwined with his. 

“Happy Birthday to Michael and to me!! This was us on our birthday 25 years ago! I love you with all my heart❤️” read the caption.

While this post was super romantic, fans were more taken with the spicy picture uploaded afterward, with many gushing over Zeta-Jones.

Unsurprisingly, fans thought Douglas was the luckiest man alive after Zeta-Jones’ laid bare birthday gift. One fan was quick to respond to the actress’ caption, commenting:

“Let’s be fair if Catherine looks like that NOW, every day is a birthday for Michael!”

Zeta-Jones has always been a stunning icon in Hollywood, with many fans agreeing that she has barely aged since she first graced our screens. Zeta-Jones has maintained a great figure over the years and has remained youthful. One fan pointed this out in their comment:

“Listen, if my body looks like this at her age, I’m gonna post all the nudes and not care about what any of y’all think,” they wrote.

Others were inspired by the actress and her candid post, with one fan writing:

“I’m gonna copy your idea! I love this pose!!! Of course I won’t look nearly as good as you but the hubby will love it🔥” 

Douglas also paid a birthday tribute to his stunning wife. The two are one of Hollywood’s enduring age-gap couples, with 25 years between them. Zeta-Jones has previously addressed their age gap, as reported by Hello! Magazine, saying:

“We’re just very good with one another, we respect each other, and I never really feel that he’s 25 years older than me. I remember people saying, ‘When you’re 50, he’s going to be 75.’ Well, that’s just maths.” 

Douglas said he fell in love with the actress after seeing her in “The Mask of Zorro” and meeting her in person at the 1998 Deauville Film Festival. Reminiscing on the encounter, Douglas recalled asking his assistant:

“‘Can you find out if Catherine Zeta-Jones is coming? And is she coming alone and if I could have a drink with her?’ The rest is history.”
