1. Work On Improving The Posture

Bad posture can negatively impact your circulation, cause chronic fatigue, and bring you pains in your neck and back. To figure out if you have bad posture, take note of the way you stand. Try standing with the back of your head firmly against a wall. Your heels should be a 6-inch distance from the same wall. Keep your neck and lower back 2 inches away from the wall.

If you have larger distances between your body and the wall than described, you may have a curved spine or bad posture. The goal is to keep your body in a position where your spine is neutral. Your neck and spine need to be in alignment with each other.

There are exercises you can do to improve your posture. Begin by lying on your back. Bend your knees but keep your feet on the floor. Your legs should be parallel. Relax and allow your back to touch the floor. Feel yourself breathing through each part of your spine. While exhaling, lower the bottom of your spine to the floor using tension from your abs.
