Back pain can be a nuisance, but thankfully, alleviating your pain with simple back exercises is easy.
Try the exercises listed below to work all of the different parts of your back. They are so simple, you can do them virtually anywhere.
1. Exercise Your Neck and Head
Begin by standing with your back againstt a wall. Place your tailbone against the wall to start, and then bend the upper part of your back so that it doesn't touch the wall. Roll your spine against the wall and then lean forward using your neck. Lift the top of your chin upwards, but be careful not to bring your chin too close to your chest.

2. Stretch Your Upper Back and Spine
Begin with your back against a wall and your arms at your sides. Move your elbows backwards until they touch the wall. Maintain proper posture and don't let your arms touch the wall. Keep repeating the motion until you feel well stretched.
3. Exercise Your Shoulders
With your back agains the wall, pull one shoulder away from the wall and press the opposite shoulder blade against the wall. Repeat this motion several times, alternating shoulders.
4. Lumbosacral Region Exercises
Sitting in a chair or with your back against the wall, bend your knees and press your lower back to the wall using your stomach muscles. Next, start straightening each of your legs with your back still pressed against the wall.
Putting your hands on your hips and pressing downward can help you feel more of a stretch with this move.
5. Exercise Your Tailbone
Begin by standing with your back against the wall and your feet roughly 40 centimeters away from it. Press your butt against the wall and bend your knees. Hold this motion and repeat it several times for the best results.
