Descaling your dishwasher or washing machine couldn't be any easier. First you will need to start a load (while empty). After running for 4 minutes, stop machine and add 2 glasses of the apple cider vinegar.

12. Keep Your Fresh Flowers Alive Longer

Mix together 2 tbs of apple cider vinegar, 3 tbs of sugar, and 32 ounces of warm water. Add in the fresh flowers. This mixture will give them a few extra days.

Mix together 1 tbs white vinegar, 1 tbs dish soap, and 2 glasses of warm water. Rub onto old stain and then remove. You may need to let mixture sit for a few minutes to lift stain entirely. This will even work for coffee and wine. You can use this in your dishwasher as well.

This will work even on the worst drain blockages. Pour half a glass of baking soda down the drain. Next, you will add a glass of vinegar and a glass of boiling water. Wait 20 minutes. Then, let the tap water run down the drain. This is also a good way to prevent blockages.

Who knew that vinegar could kill germs? Mix together water and vinegar in a ration of 1 to 1. Put the mixture into a spray bottle. Use it to wash your cutting board and microwave. Countertops is a great place to use this mixture too.

Mix vinegar and water in a ratio of 1 to 1. Remove your shower head and place into mixture, in a pot. Boil for 7 minutes. Let shower head sit in the fluid as it cools. You can clean your faucets with a sponge and pure apple cider vinegar.
